At Jadco Homes, we provide you with a fixed price contract.

From the very beginning, we work with you to ensure there are no hidden extras. We carry out preliminary site investigations and testing, before developing a fixed price tender.

There really are no surprise costs: if you need 100m piering, we’ll tell you before you sign the contract, not afterwards. It comes down to our core beliefs of honesty and integrity, which form the foundation of every home we build.

This means all of our costs remain in-house, enabling you to build a custom-designed home for the same price as most project home builders. There are no add-ons or additional mark-ups – it’s our team you’re working with, every step of the way.

What’s more, we only take on a limited number of builds at a time, which means that not only is our attention is on you and your home, but the savings from our lower running costs are directly passed on to you.

We’ve got it all covered, so you don’t have to deal with multiple tradespeople. Jadco Homes doesn’t have salespeople – our Directors will be your first point of contact. We design in-house, and have a team of loyal, experienced and quality-driven contractors who take as much pride in the building of your home as you will in living in it.

Dealing with administrative matters when building or rebuilding is what causes me enormous stress. I desperately needed someone to handle the local planning and approvals for me. Luckily, I found the right people for the job. My mother’s house was wonderfully designed but old and almost unusable. So, we needed to rebuild it. I hired this company and as soon as they began working on the house, they were 100% dedicated to my project. There was always someone who could give me the answers I needed, or update me immediately about the construction status.
